My passion is to be the best mom I can be to my kids. To be the best mom I can be I need to be healthy, mentally and physically. Here I will share tips I have learned for a healthier mind and also share my love for healthy eating with recipes that can fit into your lifestyle.

I’m not here to preach or pretend I have it all figured out. I’m just sharing what I’ve learned (and what I’m still learning) about slowing down, nourishing your body, and enjoying the simple things that make life feel like you again.
