Easy Adrenal Cocktail Recipe for Energy & Mineral Support
For me personally, I went through a long stretch where my energy levels felt consistently low and my body just didn’t seem to bounce back the way it used to. I was often feeling run down, sluggish, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion that I couldn’t quite explain.

I was in what’s known as a “four lows” pattern for a very long time, which is basically a state of full body exhaustion. My calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium – the body’s foundational minerals – were all significantly below normal levels.

Ingredients
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup organic coconut water (Harmless Harvest)
¼ tsp Celtic or Redmond Real Salt
½ tsp cream of tartar
Collagen powder (optional)
